God has given us a symbol for years to see
At spring time it's as pretty as can be
Having your intention soft pretty and silky white
Are seeing it as you walk by
A small pink flower full of bloom
a beautiful site
It's a symbol....a reminder of saving your life
Of the sacrifice our savior jesus christ
People say it was choosen to make the cross
Jesus shed his blood so we wouldn't have a loss
So the next time you walking round
Looking at the blood stain flower
It could be red or
It could be brown
Remember jesus said
I am the way,
the truth,
and the life
When you see a dogwood tree don't forget
it is the beacon of God showing Eternal life
