I was once lost in the shadows of others that feed off my energy
Inmature not having the knowledge to realize that is what hindered me
Blinded by Blood that was of the flesh and not of the spirit
Those that are living in that world as well won't be able to hear it
Every fight with a lashing so deep I could barely put one foot in front of the other
Yet smiling as a woman whole knowing deep inside that I was almost smoothered
My Cry was so loud in my ears as my appearance muted the sound of those that didn't understand
how to hear
Even though I looked and acted brave my spirit was taunted with fear
A time came where I enteted into a place that gave me a peace I had never known
As I struggled to stand there supernatural strength came upon me to help me grow on
As I begin to renew from my head to my toes,
That battle was a war that only God himself help to unfold
How real it is and was no one even knows
I stand strong now proudly to say
I am much better now than I was then because I choose his way
My progress is still working as my steps in my walk changes paths
Always thankful for the unchanging hand that saved me from that destructed wrath!
