Clean and chop the ingredients that needs to be chopped. Season your meat and add it aside. Chop your meat to a small consistency add blended Epis to it. Mix it in and set the rest aside. Put some of your meat into your flat ravioli dough, close then cut it. Fry your chopped veggies as if you were making curry. Add in your onions then add your tomatoes. Let it simmer then add in your milk, fomaj and epis as you take your ravioli out of the pot that it was cooking in and let it rest before you add it to your beef.
