In a world of faith and belief,
Where Christians form the majority,
An atheist may feel alone,
With no commonality,
Some may argue and debate,
Trying to convert what they see as lost,
But an atheist stays true to their beliefs,
Despite the cost,
It can be a lonely road to take,
In a world of religious devotion,
But an atheist stays strong and firm,
In their own sense of emotion,
They find solace in their own beliefs,
And the beauty of the world around them,
They don't need a higher power,
To appreciate life and all its gems,
So let us respect each other's views,
Despite our differences in this life,
For in the end, we all seek happiness,
And to live without strife.
