Last nail is driven, facing death with no fear,
nonbelievers kept walking, as the others stood in tears.
He hung up there all fearless, our sins were the cause,
hands high as I pray, standing below the cross.
Tomorrow marks the day, that he rose from the tomb,
cold, distant people, in thought they still assume. As the
truth sits in purging, the resurrection of the Lord, comes
the beautiful angel sounds, ole so lovely chords.
Jesus shared all his talents, to others rocks they
toss, when he comes down from heaven, I'll be standing
below the cross. Inspection of the tomb was empty, he
healed a leprous man, his existence as he proved, the
footprints in the sand. No matter of the time or day,
all worldly things are lost, as I wash the feet of Jesus
Christ, standing below the cross. ~VeepLee~
