Nothing was ever written in stone,
That " I love you" but i will be alone.
We tried so hard to be a match made in heaven, indeed.
But instead I let your heart hurt and left it to bleed.
So with whatever I said that was wrong.
I now hold out my hands so you can be a little more strong.
I have no idea what you think about me.
Except that I know I am dying to be free.
We were not strong enough to pass the test.
But it's okay, at least we confessed.
That love will never hold us together.
We are better alone, then tied forever.
