I feel peaceful when i read bible
I will be at ease free from distractions
It's god's notion of calling me to talk to him,to spend time with him
Whatever happens in the life ,if anything going down,communicating through bible makes me relaxed
Refreshes my mind,nourishes my soul
makes me calm all the time
Adopting this process ,helps to overcome any drastic situation
