BLACK AND WHITE

Am not racist
Pages of my
Love and hate
List are in
Black and white
Names with
Bullets and flowers
Am just a poet
Spat from God's
Syllables, am
Holding on to
The stars without
A clouded judgement
To the idea of
Black and white
Am indifferent
Knowing that
Light is in my mind
Am not afraid
Of the dark
With my teeth
I dug graves of
Enlightenment
Ate knowledge
To the root of life
Breeding voices
Breathing in closed
Mouths with dancing
Tongues, flipping
Salivary ignorance
Chanting silent
Songs to bury
Scars of my poetry
Lines into poverty
Line where my
Bloodline scrolls
Up and down its
Timeline, light the
Mind with delight
Then I live in
Black and white with
Black and white
