Blind sight
I remember not so long ago, a pretty looking lady standing across the road,
Looking all innocent didn't think she had ever tasted medicine, what I mean is she was... beautiful,
My eyes started to twinkle, I just wanted to ask for a name maybe later in the day go out and mingle,
But.. She was way beyond my class, It was never gonna last, unless I gave her false hope that I didn't even have,
So I retained my wave, pretending not to have seen her in anyway, my emotions though wanted to escalate,
I was, I still am, probably will forever be, filled up with regret, since I allowed my ego and pride to let her out of my sight,
I believe I was truly deceived, by my own stupid mentality, I was blind couldn't see beyond the light,
She looked so... words have left my mouth ice cold, air became to thick to inhale or breath,I had to watch my soul commit suicide within,
I was, still am, forever will be blind though able to see.
