Blue Butterfly
For so long there seemed to be no color in my world.
Everyday was a foggy grey and dark.
No sunshine in along time.
No rain, just foggy grey and dark.
For so long I prayed and prayed for some break in he way each day began and would end.
Colorless.
Then one morning I woke up.
The most beautiful colors were all bright and alive.
Outside my window, there was a blue butterfly.
So beautiful and big.
I could feel the energy and without doubt, the blue butterfly glided in and took me, on its wing.
Songs I began to sing, and the world this blue butterfly took me to see.
