Asked who it was
Johnte it read
Didn't know any Johnte
So blue ticks followed
Kept on texting
And I only read and ignored
He said he wanted me
That he loved me
And asked for my hand in a text how rude
Never made efforts to call
So I fought with blue ticks
Day and night I gave him the

He never seemed genuine
Texted on Friday nights
Inviting me for a night out
Didn't make sense
Like why would I go with a stranger
Who can't even call me
So blue ticks is all he got
Since blue is my favorite colour
I don't mind sharing it
So as to avoid blue ticks
Atleast make other efforts
And if you still get the blue ticks
That shows I don't want to talk to you
