Flatter me, make me blush?
If indeed I need a push
Into feeling like my efforts count.
Giving my ego just a little amount.
Of the thing they call esteem
Making loneliness less extream
It's never been an easy task.
Getting through the Layering mask.
Makes me feel all vulnerable
Being recognised as so able.
My heart mind and soul.
Regects all other kinds of control.
Makes me feel manipulated
On this occasion stipulated
Please, don't do it anymore
Blushs come from deep in my core.
That's been disturbed, to rise
Out of safety into the light.
Where it glows with all its might.
