My body isn't meant for your consumption
My body is the living water to my existence
It is fat and healthy
I am tall and intelligent
I am short and talented
I am ugly with the most beautiful heart,
I am black and bold
I am rooted with the genes of my father's
My breast will stand like the Iroko tree
fall like the warriors who won countless battles.
Allow me to walk with pride and boldness
for you are not my doctor ,
do not body shame me.
