To all employer's who keep employee's in bondage
Remember even T&Tec gets an power outage
Some employer's treat their staff very savage
With a rush of blood impatience in how they manage
Employer's even lashout, provoke & curse
Just to have their own way they become worse
It's all about abusing people to gain
And don't care who they bring pain
If you speak up; well you get victimize
Sent home, tongue lashing or despise
I have worked in many places
Employer's mindset is similar the only change is their faces
Even reaching as far as disrespectful & rude
Not knowing their boundaries & bad attitude
Many change the job environment because of greed
Blaming others when there is a delay to succeed
When everything fall in their favor
At that moment they don't care how much labor
Hopefully through this poem they may learn
Tell me; Employer's will you like if the tables turn?
