In the cold November sky
Dark and misty
A bejewelled splendour fixates its face
With a twinkle in its eyes.
The gleam of colour explodes.
Yellow,green,red,white and blue.
Catherine Wheels spin.Rockets fly.
Sparklers are held like wands waved to and fro.
From yonder i see a raggedy doll.
Guy Fawkes.
Perched upon a bonfire
From where his fate is sealed.
Though now i cannot hear his pain
I feel it.
The crackling of the flames that billow.
The smoke that is inhaled as he draws his last breath.
All of a sudden he is no more.
