So there I was sitting on my bed
Reading poetry letting it roll in my head
When my brave chihuahua ran up to me
Keep running til she reached my neck...
Now I'm a thinking why she shivering
What can be making her feel this cold???
The answer that finally came to me
It was or could be centuries old...
A fly a barely visible pest fly
It had been harassing me
Well this barely visible pest fly
Terrified my under 4lb Shatzie...
She had not seen one before
But now I keep open my door
Poor baby she'll see several more or
Will until winter when I'll close the door...
Keep open the door
Be held constantly in awe
By my terrified little Chihuahua
These questions I'll mull over
My mind before sleep tonight...
All because of some darn fly...
