Little Yellow Daisy I adore you so
Ive watched you grow outside my window
And eventhough, this time will go
When the day comes you will wilt and your soft petals become wrinkled and old
You flourish me the way you stand so tall and beautiful even on my dark days, giving me hope
You are confident on your own, giving comfort to my tired bones
Even in your small lifetime, there is never a day you crumble to the dirt
Even when your surrounded by the harsh heated days and toxins of the Earth
You continue to live your inspiring, uplifting intention
And if you can do it, I know I can too...and release the painful retention
