But Still We Rise

But Still We Rise
Black joy is a smile through quiet pain, like sunshine breaking after rain. It’s laughter rising from heavy hearts, finding light in the hardest parts.

It’s tears we wipe but don’t always show, strength in places only we know. It’s holding on when days feel long, turning hurt into rhythm and song.

Black joy is soft, but it is stronge fragile, hope that’s carried on. Not just surviving what we’ve been through, but choosing to bloom anyway, and still be true.
