I'm still a warrior
Cancer shouldn't
Have banged on my door,
I'll be in pain when
The Infusions begin
Still I'm determined
That I will win,
My infusions are
Not going to play nice
They can be painful
Hands can't handle ice,
In no time my
Hair will slowly go
I'm not worried
It will again grow,
I seek no pity
Nor sympathy
Just sharing with you
What will soon be.
Those who know me
Will understand
I'll take I step back
Then make my stand,
I'm still a soldier
A warrior I still be
Cancer do your best
Cuz you will not beat me.
