The riding of the emotional state when a person hops onto the animal figures of this carousel the electric box that the amusement park ride instructor uses to turn the conveyor on, how similar the mental and emotional state in the mind and heart of a person at times when events happen whether good or bad its like the control panel of the ride, the person is the the rider and the instructor is the mental and emotional state of that individual. The situation is what powers the individual to think and feel, the emotions and thoughts determine how fast the ride will go meaning our thought and feelings will effect how we behave to the situation and the rider is the person reacting to the stimulation from the ride within themselves, Sometimes this carousel im on leaves me swinging in different directions my emotions can be like the horses moving up and down on the carousel and the thought is the energy of the ride going in a circle. We dont got control of the events in life but we do have control of our thought, feeling, and behavior. But when a person who has bipolar disorder they have rapid emotions occurring with multiple emotions making it difficult for the person to understand what and why they feel that way medicine might help some but the pill is just a substitute or bandages it doesn't treat the underline issues, Bipolar can be managed with proper measures taken, we cant push the feelings but we can learn to live with the symptoms of the disorder by taking it a day at a time, and address what we are thinking and feeling, analyzing the root and making a decision weather or not to respond or react. questioning the outcome of our reaction to the situation, with rapid thoughts thats intrusive we must be aware of them but not putting our energy into feeding the thought or even fearing them. We all have intrusive thoughts but we have the power to change our focus on them when they repeatedly distrub and distract the persons concentration then this can be an issue for the individual we must not react to the thought but pay attention to why it occured and how we can replace the thought onto something that is productive to our wellbean. if the thoughts occur more frequently and causing the person to feel like they arn't in control then speak to a medical professional on how to resolve the issue.
