As I sit here wondering
how I made it this far
inside my mind it's thundering
my thoughts are left ajar
I take a moment
to looks at my experience
from commencement
to present
so many achievements
still potential for more
I step back for a moment
in a state of awe
The past has no business
it's been and it's gone
the present is here
live it full and free
the future is a mystery
be patient wait and see
these words go round
to keep my mind sound
For all the good I've done
I know
I've also done wrong
yet i do not regret
without the bad
I would not
be who I am today
and that's a fact
lessons must be taught
mistakes will be made
that is just the way
by night and by day
A warrior of the light
deceiver of the dark
to make it through
carry the spark
from start to end
through every stage
to finally comprehend
the end is not the end...
