Casting Pearls

Castings pearls among swine you say,
You prance as a gaudy butterfly at play,
You placed your confidence, unwisely so,
In those who judge based merely on show.
For they see not the depth within your heart,
Nor understand the pain that tears you apart.
They label and critique, so quick to condemn,
Failing to grasp the beauty hidden within them.
Their shallow eyes, blind to your true worth,
Only concerned with appearance and surface mirth.
But like a book, my dear, you've more to express,
A story untold, waiting to impress.
For those who judge, they do not perceive,
The strength and resilience that makes you believe,
In a world where appearances oft deceive,
Your inner magnificence they must retrieve.
So let their shallow words turn into ashes,
As their judgment against you wildly clashes.
For you, my dear, are far more divine,
Than the ignorant swine who cast not-so-kind.
Embrace the anger that bubbles inside,
Fuel it with the fire you've tried to hide.
And let it ignite a passion, fierce and strong,
To prove them all wrong, to rise above wrong.
For beauty exists not in skin or attire,
But in the spirit that burns like wild fire.
So cast your pearls among their disdain,
Let them witness the brilliance they thought was in vain.
Don't judge this book, based on the cover alone,
For its pages hold stories, yet to be shown.
Let anger fuel the fire, but don't let it consume,
Use it instead, to rise and to bloom.
