Today we celebrate
Harriet Tubman’s run to freedom,
Marcus Garvey reminding Black people that they are the original Africans,
Rosa Parks taking a stand by sitting down,
Martin Luther King marching to make his dream a reality,
Malcolm X’s courage to live free by any means necessary,
Barack Obama for beating the odds, and becoming the first BLACK PRESIDENT of America.
Go spread the new on Juneteenth 2020...
Blacks are free, although we are still fighting for equality.
Still, We are celebrating all we have accomplished in the face of adversity.
Black people are free and marching forward and
Bringing the spirits of our ancestors with us.

Dance and sing black people,
Juneteenth is a celebration!!!
