Charming Grey

Look how he wept for days,
Still holding your photo,
Torn and hardly visible,
The edges are worn out,
Much like his heart and soul,
The teeth grinding till they fall,
Biting my mouth for words,
Hope decays,
Love decays,
If only I met you,
Before the sky turned a pitch black,
Sunken in flames,
Burn away my memories,
Full of dismay,
The corners of your mouth are shown,
And through your lips is a sound so calming, so charming its grey,
The animal sleeps,
Hell bent, you pray they wont wake from their nests bound to feast,
And I've been here to long,
Lonely for company,
Full of lies,
Full of cries,
Take my hand,
Feel my life,
Fading out to the sea,
Take my hand,
Feel this life
Fading out under,
If only I met you,
Before the sky turned a pitch black,
Sunken in flames,
Burn away my memories,
Full of dismay,
The corners of your mouth are shown,
And through your lips is a sound so calming, so charming its grey...
Grey...
