CHILDHOOD TRAUMA

My pillows are dripping wet, and I'm ringing out sweat. I'm holding back the tears from the things I regret as my flames burn higher in my internal fire my memory flashes sparking thoughts in my brain like I'm striking matches I've been living it Shady, and it is what it is throwing on sunglasses watching life burn to ashes. I can't maintain this emotional pain. Childhood trauma takes a toll on the brain and looking back on everything and all the things that stay I can count on memories cuz they don't go away, but if you are who you are, then be who you claim because even bright days come with a slight chance of rain
Therefore, life gets rough, and I know it gets tough and mind over matter is never enough because your life is precious, and that ain't no doubt I pray for the day that you figure it out. You need to leave behind your negative ways and look for the light. You'll see better days because you're back is to the future when you're looking at the past it is what it is you ain't ever gonna last, but you can't maintain your emotional pain. Childhood trauma takes a toll on your brain
and looking back on everything and all the things that stay. You can count on memories because they don't go away, but if you are who you are, then be who you claim because even bright days come with a slight chance of rain
