Still mine chihuahua is sweet...
Nothing can top a 95+° day in doors
Like fans blowing the A/C's air
I would really rather be sipping Mint Julep
Swiping bugs as I rock in mine chair...
I guess my green/peppermint tea
Poured over some fresh shaved ice
Minus mine once favourite Bourbon
Agave nectar will make mine tea nice...
The days are melting into one
Usually do as a year draws to end
This year I'm truly grateful many things
Mainly for my new ABQ and Poemia friends...
Saturday my friend will return
Like Esau (the betrayed son) cook a savoury meal
One that will slowly become a stew
A stew, Dr P, Green/Peppermint tea with zeal...
