It is Christmas Eve
Winter is here
The twenty fourth
Santa comes to visit
From way up north
With his reindeer
And a big sack
He brings presents
A gift for everyone
His sled packed full
It weighs many tonnes
To welcome Santa
On the night before
Leave a glass of milk
And a cookie or two
He will be hungry
From coming to see you
And in the morning
After you awaken
You can look around
And under the tree
Wrapped in paper
Gifts for everybody
Dinners with family
Or with a friend
Gathering together
Reminisce and chat
Figure out where next
Years will be held at
Merry Christmas !
