Hey Poets. Today has been a blessing, exciting, and happy day for me to receive my college degree from Harold Washington College. I have received my Associate in Arts & illustration degree today. I am so happy. My mother is so proud of me. She has been the one to always push me to always be a good student and to always stay on top of my school business. I was not just a good student, I was always the teacher's petπ. My mother has always told me to never give up on anything ever since I was a little girl. I honor her and commend her for that. I have been waiting to receive my College Degree since last year. Due to the pandemic, mailing has been delayed for a long time. I got irritated and discouraged that I thought I would never be able to graduate from college or receive a degree. I got so discouraged and angry last year about that. The devil does have a way of getting inside our minds, but with the grace of God, I prayed every day hoping that I will pass all of my classes and graduate with a degree so I can move on with my career goals in life to accomplish the things that I always wanted to do. Which is writing books, novels, plays, poetry, art, drawing, painting, sketching, writing comic books, architecture, and more. The Lord has blessed me with many gifts, and I thank the Lord for that. I thank God for every single talent he has given me. I am going to encourage my daughter the same way my mother encouraged and pushed me to stay in school and to never give up on her goals to what she wants to do in her life. I encourage the Webb family, friends, and others that are reading this post to never fear or give up on anything because the Lord "hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and a sound mind." 2 Timothy 1:7. Reading God's words has taught me to not fear, complain or give up on anything. If you are a doctor, nurse, homemaker, school teacher, professor, construction worker, business owner, landlord, college student, high school student, firefighter, an employee at a restaurant, etc... I encourage all of you to keep going with your jobs and goals and be thankful and appreciative that you made it this far in life with your work ethics, career goals, and talents. God gave us these gifts and we should always be thankful for them and use them wisely. Thank you Jesus for helping me succeed in my life. Love you all and thank you so much for liking and reading this post. God bless you allππππππππππππππππππππππππβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ
