Shoes shoes everywhere
Old and new each having a Tale to it
The old Cobbler repaired endless torn and ripped pairs
Deep in thought he would continue sewing
Ouccchhh he cried out.. 'Ohhh not again'...!?
Pricking his Finger once more until it bled
The old needle a heirloom
Each generation inheriting
Oneday he stitched Five pairs
And one was recognisable
'Well if it isn't my Papa's shoes'..
He stared endlessly with Tears in his Eyes
For Daddy was no more
But his shoes were left to tell a Tale
