I'm always complaining
Seeing my own misery
Life can be so demanding
When a soul begs to be free
I never thought about others
Who has it tougher than me
Growing up without fathers
But I cry look at little me
Never do I ever wonder
Do they have anything to eat
Do they even have a mother
To give the love they need
Oh selfish man that I am
Complaining is a shame
Compare yourself those
Who didn't choose to lose
But life dealt so heavily
You don't know real misery
Next time when you complain
It has better be about the rain
