A tag of war
of cognitive mental drag
in my mind, sanity fall
I'm delusional like I'm on drug
like LSD causing mental lag
It's confusion
like an optical illusion
defiling the mind through mental intrusion
no fore-going, no conclusion
but spreading fast I call it diffusion
now heating there's frequency collision
simulating Hiroshima nuclear fusion
my head in delusion
change my mind like it were brain transfusion
I grind my teeth in an occlusion
from this spare me I need an exclusion
the confusion.... confusion
