A wandering, not once, but twice
Steered covertly in my direction
A welcome, savoury-sweet seduction
Affinity of arbitrary choice?
Or sincere intention?
Out of the blue
Obscure, outwardly, effort
One perhaps, seeking revival of connection
Behaviour, unknowingly, causes confusion
Genuine and true?
Or ploy for affection?
Oh, you and I, there's no moving on
Our bond, unbreakable since inception
If our 'meant to be' was a perfect equation
There'd be no match for this competition
