The year of 2020 we will never forget,
Corona Christmas has left us in one big debt.
In our stockings with glee, will leave us with receipts because life ain't free.
Under our tree, are presents just from you and me.
Since we ain't allowed to visit friends or family.
Corona xmas eve will be quiet, because no.one is allowed to have parties.
If caught a ticket they will get, with one big fee.
We can sing Christmas Corona Carol's, at least we will try to be merry.
Opening xmas cards will be sad and pretty teary.

For supper feasts everyone will go viral, since they can't have their family at the table.
Online video chat from family and friends.
Opening their gifts together, til the long night ends.
No kisses and hugs, just plain old hello's and goodbyes.
And teary memories, right from the eyes.
Some you haven't seen one another since the Corona began.
All you can do is touch the screen with your hand.
That's as close as you will get,
Online Corona Christmas, is as far as the presidents will let.
Be happy for the ones still alive, and the ones still fighting.
Light a candle for the ones who never made it, and keep the names still going in memorable writing.
