When I was dark I was known as unattractive
When I was light I was known as unintelligent
Darker I became they called be dramatic
But there is nothing dramatic about being looked down on
Lighter I became they called me a slut
But there is nothing slutty about being taken advantage of
Why is darkness always prettied against the light?
Why can't people allow colours to live in harmony
After all the world is a colourful place
Ladies and Gentlemen colourism doesn't help neither the light skin nor dark skin
It harms them
