Looking down I see someone who looks just like me.
So I hung my head high, and felt so free.
There was a lot going on, in my head, so I let things be.
Your dark side was approaching and I stood there choking.
How could I let you pull away from the one thing you loved most, that's me.
Thinking back, how could I set you free.
So now I saw every side of you, and I am still by your side.
These feelings I carry for you, I cannot hide.
I told you what you never wanted to hear.
I said it, out of fear.
Now when you say my name,
know that it's not a game.
I will never turn away from someone that I care for.
I have said it once and a few times more.
