Sitting here in the dark
It's loadshedding again
I can't finish the work
And it's such a pain
I need to buy a generator
Coz this is a real disaster
Government is useless
The country's in a mess
Plus it's winter and cold
What will keep us warm
Bon fire as in times of old
But it won't stop a storm
The situation is real bad
I'm sure many have regrets
Life was supposed to better
Only certain people matter
Politicians swim in money
But we're in a real fix
It leaves you somewhat lonely
