Six feet under
Lies my hopes and dreams for you
Who knew that things would get harder
Now I know that our love wasn't true
I gave you love and hoped for you to stay
And you took it but yet you still went away
When I thought been with you was the best
Now I find it really hard to believe in the rest
I'd rather believe in God above
Than waste my time falling in love
I've already wasted enough time I won't regain
And honestly am just of always being in pain
Maybe love isn't meant for all
Maybe it is but it's something I'll choose to ignore
These scars within my heart will never disappear
Am just tired of love because it always leaves me in fear
With nothing but broken poetry and a prayer in my heart ,I bid you goodbye.
I never thought this much time would fly by.
Looking around for the saint in you but all I find is holy grace.
In your eyes ,an emptiness I never thought I'd see on your face.
Maybe it was fait ,maybe we werent meant to be but there was a point in my life your gospel but its sad to say I've lost truth.
