DEAR GOD

Dear God,
I might sound so much nuisance,
Or maybe I might be too much demanding,
If not too much curious and boring,
But LORD I really need to know,
I am getting tired of inquiries,
I am broken down by my own faith.
Every night of the three hundred and sixty fifth day,
My knees always hurt on the hard creaky floor,
I do have my hands crossed on your holy book,
Tears of bitterness drowning my maimed soul,
Confused of the past and the current,
My eyes barely see,
My mind oozes ideas,
Ideas that always turn futile,
And that's why every first day of the year,
I am always seated by your side!
I heard them talk of resolutions,
I have severally tried to no solutions,
Or is it that I have no better language to speak to you?
Every day I make a resolution it turns to the worst,
Two years a go I resolved to find one to love,
Yes LORD,we became one,
But why didn't it last?
She broke me into tiny pieces,
I can't believe I cried for love!
Is it because I always turn to you whenever I am used up?
Mercy promised to love me forever and to forgive my past,
Joy assured me of an enduring peace of mind,
Hope promised me to be by my side till death do us part,
Faith told me to never lose Hope in life,
Patience promised to stay by my side till ways open up,
Prudence showed me ways to tackle life,
But I ended up with none,LORD I'M BROKEN!
My eyes hurt whenever I try to have a snap,
Bills builds up whenever I ride on a motor bike to work,
Debts accumulates whenever I buy a shoe polish,
The door get locked whenever I take tea,
Lord I am broken,
I need just a word from you,
God I need you!
