Deceptive Girl (Story Version)

Little did I realise what was to fall upon me, as though I were a thorn upon thy rose.
A sky that’s never blue, a river that runs itself dry and a forest with no trees.
Fools rush in love,I guess I sound like a broken record.
Thought thy were rare as diamond
Thought thy were like a magnet,If thy were a north pole I were to be the south polewith an attraction so strong that is inseparable.
Thought like I were in a chemical reaction with a chemical bond that can’t easily be broken.
Thy told me I were a flower in thy garden, little did I realise, thy garden had lots of flowers.
Foolish! Were I, blinded by the make-up, crazy hips and thy deceptive character.
Took me a while to awaken to this deceptiveness
