As a young girl, she loved performing
Playing on barney, then acting in the movies to singing.
She always wore a smile on her face.
Beautifully portrayed, with an organized embrace.
Nobody knew that behind that smile, lived a mentally ill child.
She was able to fool anyone that approached her side.
Longing to just run away and hide.
As she got older, drugs became her pain reliever.
Being diagnosed with an eating disorder along with bi-polar.
She didn't let her illness stop her from getting ahead in life.
Sorrowfully she suffered in strife.
As the years passed, drugs, music and the lime life became her best friend.
Falling faster then she imagined and in and out of hospitals didn't end.
She had almost died a few times but death brought her back to life.
Slits down her skin, cut by a knife.
For awhile her music had stopped and demi put herself away.
The help was enormous and fans had cried and prayed.
A year or more she got herself some help and was back out better then ever.
She had to stay away from her party friends if she wanted to get herself together.
With the help and change in her life, she tried her best to stay sain.
Building her confidence and changing her look.
Is everything that it took.
She will always struggle and she can always fall.
But as long as she stays away from drugs and alcohol.
Life can get better, and she can survive.
She can be happy, This is her life.
