She silently seats in her home
protecting herself with broken bottles
promising herself that, she will never let her worries show
and never will she let someone know her troubles.
She thought,
"My heart is enough a friend
and my problems are enough to exhaust my time..."
So she'd rather embrace her ego and protect her pride.
She thinks she doesn't need anyone to wipe her tears
Yet she can't face her fears.
What she doesn't know is,
she could save herself some time if someone should help.
But she won't listen,
And her soul won't agree
because it knows all they need to feel fine is help.
Perhaps, it's fed up with the leaking ceiling which keeps flooding the room with drops of resentment,
the broken windows that can't block the rays of the sunshine and it wants to sleep on a bed.
They need some rest.
But she won't listen.
Her soul keeps screaming in silence finding a way to call for a rescue so,
it keeps staring outside waiting for someone to say hello
But no! No one dares come near even if they wanted to
Because they're not welcomed
Perhaps they are scared...
And though they can see what's going on from every point they stood in the neighborhood
No one dares come close to say hello
because she'd promised herself never to open the door for any stranger to see her worries neither will she call for help.
And that's how she lived drowning in anxiety and having no one coming her rescue.
