desire and fear intermingled

The tree that has eyes on its teeth,
Also has teeth on its eyes,
And each glistening dribble and drop, from it's fangs,
Has teeth listening off from it,
For the nibbles, and bites!
That it's lingering on for,
forwards of the night,
as protectors of sight,
Those sighs are so blinded by, all of the light, in case you might notice,
your answers are few,
my quest runneth over,
your troubles did too,
desires and fears intermingled for you,
and as wired as you were,
we answered them too,
to be continued, had led in the game,
and then flew on without you,
and chortled a clue, a clue to your whereabouts, and I know you, you're so blue in your care, that you know what to do!
