but why can't I say I love you?
it's so hard to understand!
why can't we be lovers instead!
I wanna hold your hand
I wanna be with you all the time
I wanna hug you without question
I wanna be there
I wanna say "I love you"
and mean it!
but if you understood all that I've been through
you wouldn't wanna do anything of the sort
so now I say "what could have been"
if my parents stayed together?
if I was happy?
if I stayed?
if I didn't push away everyone who got close?
and now...I just wanna hold your hand
and listen to you heart beat...and love you until my heart's content!
but that's so wrong as im told!
that's what makes this so dificult
