She couldn't breathe a sigh,
She felt anguished with that dirty lie.
Holding back all those years,
Here come the fallen tears.
In the presence of nobody's help,
With her closed mouth, she couldn't shout.
To many stories that brought her pain.
Now standing there, in the midst of the rain.
Sometimes, life ain't fair,
If only someone cared,
She wouldn't be doing this alone,
She wouldn't be somewhere crawling on her own.
She lived her life through pain and nightmares,
With eyes all around, how they stared.
The voices were telling her to let go,
They whispered, nobody cares, nobody loves you so.
