My soul feels empty
a bottomless abyss
it is a doomed black hole
slowly growing daily
I try to cover it up
but nothing can fill it
the colourful world
is now monochromatic
the delicious food
now tastes stale
the music helps
but it doesn't fill the hole
you have left me disenchanted
your voice echoes in my head
and your touch lingers like fire
I'm numb but half alive
waiting for you to quench my thirst
but I have lost you to the darkness
I want you to find the light
all the good things you deserve
leave me in this darkness
I'd sacrifice it all for you
those who hurt you
I'll make them pay !!
