I'm sitting here worried.
Worried about how I can continue on.
I dig in my pockets to find only $3.26 in change that is mine to own.
It's what I am worth today, $3.26 in change.
It's not even enough to buy my own self love.
Before I do something stupid, I shove my worth back down. Kept it in a hidden place away from the outside world.
As today, like any other day, will be the day that I will continue to live on.
