I imagine being in love
So much I can recall it
A succulent taste
I never had a chance to enjoy
Thoughts of an Aha moment
Of what the movies demonstrates
That one look to clarify everything
I imagine being in love so much
Swearing I already experience it
Heart racing to catch up to theirs
Every right outweighs the wrongs
Blinded by fools gold
One leg kiss
Downpour engagement
But being in love is something different
It sneaks up on you
Moving in the quiet
Little things that only they can do
Slightly happier moods
Smiling when you think of just their name
An unexpected rush when you see them
When your in love
Those around will know before you
The signs are so clear
Yet hidden behind the tunnel vision which is them
I hope to one day feel this
Instead of these fraud memories
To one day have my heart run to them before my body does.
