People always ask me why are you always dressed all in black man? They say I look like I'm goin to a funeral, and I just tell them maybe I am. I'm not some goth or emo dude, though there's nothing wrong if that's you. I'm a musician and wordsmith first and foremost. The stoic poet that knows nothings true until he read, wrote, or spoke it. Dressed in black from the bandana on my the boots on my toes. If you wanna know why I dress in colors of death and dischord, I wear black for the misfortunate and poor, to remember all the hard labors so many slaved for, I wear black because it's not a trend, I wear all black because I'm not trying to fit in. I wear all black to pay respect to the dead and departed, and to remind me that from day one my dying started. I wear all black because I can, I wear all black because it's who I am. And no I'm not talking about something so elementary as race, I'm talking about that feeling that encumbers you as you look me in the face, so next time you see me dressed all in black and start to wonder why, just remeber Im dressed In all black because it's how I'll be dressed on the day that I die.
