Dusk Til' Dawn In The Windowpane

And so, found myself for long holdin' the curtain,
Feelin' the gray light dusky and gloomy room
Fancied thou in deep imaginations here in windowpane,
Touchin' the glass thus it shines like an eyes with diamond.
Thou tenderness, thee gentleness melts me baby!
Of high birth in humble life, reserve yet kind.
Therewith a grace and youthful beauty,
But let thy loveliness of mine, you might find.
And so I, waited thou til' dawn breaks me
Yet still me, not doomed to be with thee;
And this gendarme gazing the sunshine so fondly
As my feelings and deep admiration were fading far away.
But when dusk came again, my heart beats
As the sunflower turns on her god when he sets.
