Let the pain out as tears,
hidden deep in the heart,
cry out loud sitting alone,
in dark and silent room.
It's better to cry alone in dark,
than to wake everybody at night,
let the pain roll down the cheeks,
than to just wake up in the hospital.
Set your heart free from the suffering,
hiding in the heart hurting every nerve,
making it impossible to live this life,
so come on get it over with the salty water flowing.
It's easy to hide in darkness,
and cry as much you want,
rather than to tell heartless people,
about your pain and suffering.
